No mandotory presence, you decide when you can train (with your crew).

As rowers progress, many train outside of scheduled sessions based on crews schedules to further improve performance.

Race Highlights

During 2023 we have attended national, Nordic and international races, including Women's Eights Head of the River Race, Copenhagen Regatta, Ryrsjön Regatta, and SM. These fun experiences have fueled our motivation to train hard and prepare for the next races!

In the winter season of 2023-2024, we have so far attended indoor SM (1&2). We will also be heading to the World Rowing Indoor Championships in Prague. Follow us on social media to stay up-to-date!
